1 million in the bank hit M do menu ceo menu then become ceo there is a time limit ect. Then for having it all the time buy the building and a wharehouse then you can be it anytime no time limits.

buy the office to get rid of VIP cooldown and you can generate pretty good income from the VIP missions. the crate business is too much risk for the return though (except for rare items) and is the most monotonous grind in the game :/

Repeat the VIP/CEO missions. Start with a headhunter, and then wait for hostile takeover to come off cooldown (it should have a shorter cooldown than the other jobs, excluding asset recovery), and make sure you do it at LSIA with a buzzard so you can do it fast enough to finish with headhunter still on cooldown but sightseer off cooldown. Then launch sightseer straight away. After completing sightseer, Head Hunter should be available to immediately launch. At this poitn you can cycle between Head Hunter and Sightseer without cooldowns between each at your own discretion and for as long as you please. Stop when you are satisfied with the amount of money in your account or your hands become too numb to continue playing (whichever comes first).
You can do this in an invite only session if you so desire, and no other players will be able to interfere. You may spice it up by doing it in a populated lobby (there will be a wider variety of VIP/CEO jobs available, too)
