GTA V PC installer won't launch An error (-5001: 0x80070017)

Is then an answer for this? because I've seen people asking all over with no answer, kind of seems like something that needs to be addressed considering some of us can't even install it.

Would definitely try disabling them and redownloading the installer.

Possibly even grab adwcleaner(bleeping computer) and malwarebytes antimalware and scan.

I turned all my security off, I ended up having to manually change launch code in the executable to get it to launch.
