Blacklight car add-on easter egg

The neon kit has been around for a while and at the bottom of the list is the option for a blacklight.

When GTA V was first released there were numerous hidden messages etc on the hardcopy map that could be revealed with a blacklight -

Has anyone found similar with the blacklight ingame? Been driving around for a while and haven't come across anything, doesn't seem to function as a normal blacklight as blood doesn't even show up D:

Some people who hunt for solution to the Chiliad Mystery have been hunting around with the blacklight for a while. If they've found anything, it's news to me.
