Guys i have been tring to get on GTA 5 online and getting ''<SUCCESS. A NEW DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT PACK HAS BEEN DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED'' and it send me back to singleplayer. I found the fix. I clicked the ''check all the folders'' on GTA 5 and iy find the missing folders and installed so if anyone else having the problem same as this, this is the fix.

Right click on GTAV on your library. THen click properties. Go Local Files. And there is 4 option there. Click the one at the bottom. Wait for it to check the files on GTA V then It will download the files and you will be able to play the game. I hope.
