Unfairly banned from GTA V Online - can't find out why

I get a 9 day ban out of the blue... no reason, other than the general blurb, given for this. Rockstar do not answer tickets on the subject, confident that their systems are fool proof - evidently not!!

Could it be for writing "profanity" in the chat? I have certainly not employed any mods or hax. Can you get banned for writing a few ill words in the chat?

I do not think that R* can just ban you for writing profanity in chat. Unless someone in game reported you for it.

I've cheated a few times, and got banned twice. The third is permanent I believe. I'd not have cheated online if they made it so you can play your online character offline and mod.

Ain't cheating again - though I can't help but imagine I'll be banned unfairly in future when I play again after they drop a new DLC that entails motorcycles.

Nothing is foolproof, and I'm sure they well know that. But you need to keep in mind that Online is R*'s private property, they can ban you for any reason they want and aren't obligated to talk to you about it or anything. Yes, that sounds kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥, but you don't walk into people's home's and expect to just put your feet up anywhere and do whatever you want, do you?

Maybe, but nothing is said about that in the currently posted TOU/EULA[www.rockstargames.com], but again, it's their private property, they don't need to explicitly document it in order to lay down a ban for it.

You're wrong. I've spent money given by modders straight away. Invested in T20s and stored them. I only plan to sell them when I need said money.

I havent seen any significant rises in my $$$$$$$ only from shark cards.... erm, who knwosssows? It would just be less frustrating if R could just point a little closer to the reason for the ban...
