GTA ONLINE CHARACTERS NAMED ''ERROR''

So, i installed a backup of GTA V but i started the Online mode, and it says ''the cloud couldn't find information of your character 1, trying with 2, then it says couldn't find any of them and the game goes when you choose your character and they are the same as always, but their names are ''ERROR'' and when i chose one, the game retries the character selection. any idea?
