Apartment garage storing question.

I own a weazel plaze house but im thinking of buying another apartment too. My question is: If apartment 1 has a 10 slot garage and apartement 2 has a 10 slot garage, will my cars trasfer over or will i be able to store other DIFFERENT cars in the new apartment. So a total of 20 different vehicles.

The cars would only move to the new garage if you traded your apartment for a new property instead of using an open property slot.

You can have up to 5 apartments with 10 car garage.
You can trade it any time .

Are you sure 5? I bought my second apartment and It seems I only had a total of 2 slots available. How do I increase it by 3?
