Lester Not Calling (GTA Online) [SOVLED]

I've bought a high end apartment with the heist planning room, and played for over 2 hours but I sitll have no call from Lester. I am level 34. Lester is not in my contact either.

Thanks to effmoo I tried to create a new character, swapped to him and back and got a lot of calls from Lester, Merryweather, etc.

I think you have to go on mission ( its " L " on map ) it worked for me...

Have you tried going to Lester's factory?

Same problem my friend has, he already reached rank 134 but Lester still didnt call him, but thats on his second character where apparently Lester is bugged, but on his main character everything was fine

Problem is this is my main account

if you have a 2nd character swap to it and swap back - works for me when heists don't show up
also to meet Lester and get the L on the map you have to go to the T on the map and get the Trevor / Ron cutscene

the first time you go to meet lester it it not at the factory, it is at his house.

then it shows up - if it is not showing after that then create a 2nd character and go straight back to the first character and it should then show dooooooooood
lester wont ring till you visit T on the map

Complete and utter nonsense, I didnt visit T at all and Lester called me and also its not true that T wont show up until you go there, I got a phonecall from Ron telling me to go to the Trevor and then T popped up, in no way are Trevor's survival and Lester's heists connected, stop talking utter c[r]ap

Were those 2 hours spent in free mode? If you don't hang around freemode, it takes forever to get those calls that unlock things. Anecdotally, I was well into my 30s before I even unlocked the ability to purchase an apartment because Simeon never called me because I kept going right from freemode to missions. Even after spending an entire hour in freemode though, I still never got a call. It was a massive pain until I just one day got a call between heist setups.

Sleep and see if that speeds things up.

OK Then try as Zubenelgenubi and Forblaze suggest in the post above
also the Rockstar weekly specials 2xrp missions and weekly discounts can mess with certain ingame stuff
