I can not find duke o'death and dodo seaplane on PC!I have returning player

I'm returning player,and i played mission pulling favor and Nervous Ron but after that i can find this vehicles:(Help!

The Duke o'Death can be bought online through warstock and the dodo plan is on elites the only diffrence is the Duke o'Death is single player only

How to unlock Dodo plan?

if you are asking about single player it should be in the location shown in the video. If you want it online then you can just buy it from your phone go to travel and transportation and click Elitas. if it is not on the web site make sure you transfered your character from <previous console> to the PC version.

thanks.that vehicles only on online but duke of death is not on online

On Elitas nothing but on ONLINE available

you can buy it from warstock with michael franklin or trevor it's after a few missions, but I can't remember how far into story mode you need to be
