wow shoulda mentiond this earlier but i never thought i had to but it wasnt till now i looked it up and sure enough service is down for somewhat 5 hours [dont know when it started]

It started at 01:00am EDT, and was scheduled for 4-5 hours of downtime.
It's now 06:15am EDT, so the servers should be up very soon.

I actually ignore this messages most of the time (even if I see them alot due to the loading times ;) ).
Did they say what they are doing? Or is it normal maintanance (cause 5 hours seems long).

Rockstar said that they will be down for maintence for 5 hours.

But it's been over 6 hours now.

I think R* be trolling everyone If you follow the op link to the server status in English(US) it's still offline but if you are looking at the same page in every other language it's all systems green! So no promises maybe people from the places the language options are selectable to give it a try and see but don't hold your breath just in case.

Forgot to say I'm in Australia and so far I can't sign in to Rockstar Social except in offline mode for single player. Good luck everyone else
