where to find activation code?

i have a strange problem, bought GTA V on steam. after downloading and installing game it asked Social club ID etc. so i registered there linked steam account but this social club asks for KEY of GTA V. where the hell should i get this key? i didnt got any emails or something like that... any help?

It depends where from you got the game,.
If digitally , then you should receive e-mail containing the code and other information how to use it. Check your spam box .
If retail , then the code should be in the box , or on the manual documents.
If you do not have any of this , contact the retailer from witch you got the game .

If you go to his profile, there's literally GTA V right there with 0.2hrs playtime..

forgot to say, my friend bought it and i got it from family view. so he himself not yet installed game, so he must do that view cd key thing first yea?

You have 205 hours in the game, seems like you already had game registered before then proceeded to delete it and re-register which doesn't work.

Hello, i have the same problem but when i type my CD-key in it says: These will not be activated as you already own them or the code has been used before: Access to Grand Theft Auto V for PC Steam.
What should i do?
