How does a clean player, dodgy player, and Bad Player works?

I have accidentally quitted a mission once which is playing Tennis with other player... My first question is the title and my second question is there any way to reset my penalty points?

Just play through a few games, missions, heists, etc to the end it won't make any difference.

I don't know the underlying mechanics behind it; but I've left plenty of jobs and seen the warning message plenty of times as well as destroyed plenty of cars before the insurance was removed when destroying someone else's car and I've never been anything other than a clean player.

I see.. I just want to go in the safe side.. This game cost me my doppler karambit... So I dont want some random status shows up in my character
