Mechanical keyboard

Hi i just got a mechanic keyboard (corsair strafe rgb w/ mx silent) but when I press down a key, as soon as it hits the actuation point it just like turns the wheels of my car all the way and not like on a controller as I expected. Can someone explain

The mechanical keyboard is not like a analog control, it don't detects the pressure level or how much you pressed it, the diference of the mechanical keyboard with the normal one is: No key conflicts "anti ghost", no need to press the key fully to respond to the command and the feedback (not all kinf of swiths) of the place it acted "the click feeling" what helps you notice if really clicked the key or if clicked in another key by accident.

Mechanical keyboard, not analog keyboard.

Granted, there are a few models which in fact do have analog buttons for the WASD and a couple other keys.
