I would go to your start-up apps and disable things that you do not need running in the background,
do not disable power-shell from your startup or anything that needed for system operations,
the less apps running in the background collecting data will reduce the conflict your having....
some people do all of this really quick takes like 10 mins to do, there's a freeware app called CCLEANER that can help you delete trackers real quick and delete registry errors if your not into editing your registry to delete error's in entry
and manually finding corrupt cloud dat files to delete them, I suggest to use CCLEANER, I would do what ( IN ) suggested......... AS-WeLL if nothing else works for you.
you can run diskcleanup app to be OCD about it, just don't delete old windows update packages.
Make sure Windows update settings are set for manual install not auto update, auto-updates can cause issue's too, so you gotta keep track of it and manually check for updates to prevent risk of corrupted installs or game related problems..
I have mentioned to other players before to wait for LESTER to stop talking before advancing forward or between the points of escape or entry to reduce any chance of error's.
I suggest using Microsoft SUPPORT sites to service your PC and use advice from a technical view that's related to the network error that is being created.
USE command prompt as admin to perform
NETSH WINSOCK RESET
Command to reset catalog
If I were you, I would reset your network adapter refer to a guide and Microsoft support sites.

"Today we have discovered a way to likely fix the annoying mantrap issue. So far it worked 4 out of 4 times, while being 2 players and using the Sneaky (twice), Big Con and Aggressive approaches. The advantage of this method is that there is no need to wait for the loading of the new instance. The steps are as follows:
1- Both players enter the mantrap slowly and advance only enough steps to allow the door to close behind them. The message "Enter the mantrap" keeps appearing in the screen of both players even if they are already inside.
2- Next, only the host of the heist keeps walking, while the second player stands still near the door.
3- When the message in the host screen "Enter the mantrap" changes to "Wait for other players to enter the mantrap", the host stops moving immediately (this happens 4-5 meters away from the door).
4- Then, the second player walks slowly reaching the host until the message "Continue walking though the mantrap" appears in the screen of both players. From this moment onwards, both players can run to reach the vault and loot the juice.
5- Repeat steps 1 to 4 when leaving the vault and entering again the mantrap.
I am quite sure this is caused because a desync issue happens when loading the vault area. For an instant, the game recognizes there is only one player doing the heist and hence, cancelling the activity (that’s why this issue does not happen so frequently when 3 players are doing the heist). By using this approach, I believe we are allowing the game to load the new instance from the host side first, avoiding the disconnection. Each time the second player walked ahead or near the host, the game was disconnecting. We experimented for hours, alternating which one of us was hosting, and the same pattern repeated every time."
There are maybe multiple reason which cause such trouble, depending on the progression of the player
similiar to ulp not moving when the host uses a 2 seated car instead of 4 seat

When in the mantrap:
- Do NOT use 1st person view.
- Do NOT run/jump/sprint
- Stay close to each other
There's two main blinks/blips as the game transitions between interiors. After the second blink/blip, you can do 1st person, run/jump, and spread out.. you just want to make sure you go through the switch nice and slow to help the game keep you and the other player synched..
