Permanent BAN from Rockstar to a Clean Player in GTA V Online.

Have been banned automated form of online servers GTA V. The first ban was 2 weeks, the second ban of one month and the third was a permanent ban.

After being banned for the first time, I thought it would take money for some hacker and wait for me withdraw the ban. I went back online and after 6 hours, more or less. I returned to be banned from online GTA for 2 weeks.

So Rockstar decided to contact and ask why I had been banned. The short answer I received was that Rockstar is not dedicated to watch every baned account and would review it after a while.

Return to action after the temporary ban, beginning again my activity online in GTA V. This hard activity 1 day and a half. Without being connected to the game, I received an e-mail notifying me for the third time Rockstar breach of rules and consistent ban. This time permanently.


Without much choice, I returned to contact Rockstar and wrote me asking them to review the account and activities, because I have never used hacks or mods in GTA V both offline and online.

The answer took 15 minutes to reach me: changes and / or modification of game data or code GTA V.

This has already made more sense, since a couple of times to start the GTA V appeared to me a sign saying there was a problem synchronizing local data with data from Rockstar servers.

And I think this is the problem. Since Rockstar uses automated systems to ban people in GTA V Online, surely the automated system "has thought" it was a modder and therefore banned me.

Anyway, now I have no longer any way to get the GTA Online and is quite sad, because pre purchase the game for 60 euros.

If anyone knows any information about who could help me, please let your answers in this thread.

looks like in your case contacting rockstar got you permanently banned. haha.
i can't really understand most of what is written anyway.

So you got banned 3 times and now your THIRD ban is permanent......
So your 2 previous bans you decided to do nothing about it....
And now that you are on your third/permanent ban you decide you want to make a forum post about it on STEAM of all places hoping someone will unban you?

Well I doubt you are because I know for a FACT if you did get banned by accident R* would unban you as they have before in the past.
You really innocent? Then dont bother crying being banned. R* will eventually unban you IF you are innocent. But im pretty sure you cheated and got caught.

I have +7 years in Steam without a Vac ban or complains or been suspect to use cheats. I hate cheats with all my heart. By the way, check Internet forums and Rockstar Social Club forums to see how many more people banned saying exactly the same. I do not know ... maybe all hackers have put agree to say the same: Innocent -.-

Maybe if you use dome story mode mods the automated Rockstar System detected them as a Online mod so you got banned. Be carefull with what mods you download.

You will not get any help from rockstar. You will get trolled in the fourms by rockstar shills.
You will put in a ticket and get automated emails what wont help. You will phone rockstars support phone line and get told they will hang up on you. You will wait out your ban then go back online and be banned again. Then it will all happen a 3rd time and you will be permabanned.

There is lots of others in the same situation.

*edit yeah join the bleeding hearts club there. That will solve all your problems.
