Slow compared to?
How do you measure your speed even?
Well then that isn't any faster 252.18 is a equal to 405.85 km/t
I wouldn't trust that site much. Either way, as many here have said: Annis RE7B is a great car. X80 is only worth it in straight line stock races
All of his videos show tests in controlled environments with the same setup and same method so they are very accurate. The fastest speed tests are done by measuring time from checkpoint to end AFTER he has already reached top speed and has gone through 4 or so checkpoints. He doesn't show the part where he accelerates for most of the videos but he explains that and shows it in his earlier videos.
Yes you can reach the hardcoded max speed on a RE-7B which can keep up with a hydra given your computer is good enough that it produces a high FPS. But again, that glitch is expected to be corrected by Rockstar with a patch.
Then again, the RE7B only has that speedboost occur with certain setups, so it is argueable.
I believe i hit this speed in the stunt race where you go downhill a lot. With super cars.
I know i did smoke some players using 811 in that race.
Also just realised hes not even testing annis in the top speed countdown.
Only in laptime for 1 race with sharp corners.
