why are you surprised they wont let you down load it and use it there ?

if they did anyone could use a proxy or a friend to get games for less in cheaper regions or get banned game simply by logging in and buying It from a region its available/cheaper in

Simple solution is to rebuy the game in your region, or b\tch about it till your ears turn blue or forget about it. You read the rules, read the comments, now its up to you to make a decision....clearly it may not be the one you had hope for.

In case you didn't know, refunding/removing GTA5 from Library won't give you a new CDkey(in my case, deleting GTA5 from library and rebuying from the same account does nothing), so my only solution is RS support. Either they give me another CDkey officially or fixing my current issue. But as I stated above, this is worst support, they do nothing. They dont care, they just need your money.

And yes, Ive played 120+ hours in Germany, and now im in Asia for college. And recently i installed windows 10, so I need to reinstall some games, including GTA5.

If you are giving advice about making a new account to buy another GTA5, its a big no. Why the fck would someone make new account just to buy another 60 euro game ?
