How do you unlock Lester?

How do you unlock Lester so you can call him and have him remove your wanted level and other things like that?

When you rank up in gta online, you will eventualy get a call fron lester in freeroam, after you ansered that call, a big l will apear on the map, after you went to the l, you will have lester unlocked

What rank do you have to be? I'm currently Rank 45.

The Lester and Merryweather abilities require first seeing the cutscene between Trevor and Ron. Look for a "T" on the map to get to Trevor's trailer. You should have also received a phone call from Brucie. To check this you can see if he is a contact in your cell phone. The only requirement for this is that you are at least Rank 15 and have already seen the cutscene at Trevor's trailer.

I'm rank 45 and have no T on my map. I have received a phone call from Brucie and he is in my contacts. Other people say I need to complete the Meth'd Up mission from Gerald to unlock Trevor. How do I do the mission?
