Does worth the game booster by Razer Cortex to play GTA V with a better performance?

I've tried of everything to play GTA V with a high FPS, but everythings I've tried, failed, this program promisses to play GTA V better, I'm not sure if it worths, but everyone are praising, I hope it really works, GTA V is being installed, I'll test in few minutes.

You need a much better gfx card then that. 8gb of memory at least

8gb memory isn't needed at all. I had 6 and it ran well.
