How to report a player after they have left your session?

Pretty sure I put a 4-6 bullets in his head + another sprays into his body, but he not die .. and when I start typing to accuse him, he left already. Only 7 players in that session, so I think it's not because of lagging connection .. Unfortunately I didn't take any SS or vid, so is it still possible to report him via Ingame or any?

if you remember nickname then serach for him via sc. but calling someone cheater because few bullets didnt do any damage doesnt seem very legit.

If someone is from say, New York, and you're from, say, Shanghai, and you're the only two on the "server" there's still probably going to be lag issues. Doesn't matter how many people there are. You likely were shooting where your computer was but he'd already moved, and your side hadn't been updated.

More likely though, he had already left, and your side hadn't got that packet yet, as you say he left while you were typing.

He could have been modding, true, but lag is more likely in this case.

Had a guy using invincibility, and explosive bullets cheats the other day, walked through 4 sticky bombs and a proximity mine like a cake walk, and then proceeded to eat a facefull of LMG before spraying me and my CEO I was defending with his explosive bullets, when I called him out and said "wow your ♥♥♥♥ must be microscopic to have to use cheats in this game" then he left after we all called him out, I found him on Social Club but the only options on there to report are for offensive content and offensive name, no way to report cheats unless they are still in game and most hackers leave right after they expose they are hacking

Yes I know that and actually it was what I thought after that. But about 10 mins earlier, I was going rampage in the city, randomly killing other and be killed by 4 other guys smoothly, bored and get away with my bike ..

Found that guy walking around at fairground, and decided to sprays him with uzi from ±10m range, he just running in open area but didn't try to find any cover or shooting me back althrough he got a rifle in his hand I'm on a bike.

I cease the fire since he's not shooting me back, but he should be dead already because I'm sure I hit his head a couple of times + almost emptied my magazine for his body .. I just watch him keep running for a moment (a bit confused lol), and when I start to typing, he stop for a secs and 'Player Left' notification was shown up.

Lol // So yeah, they still exist.

Rockstar should make the report profile system like Steam, we can report someone's account if they are a suspected cheater.

I've encountered multiple cheaters today. Most of them were probably rage cheaters. Me and 3 friends were just driving around and killing everyone in either a tank or insurgent pickup. Nothing a few rockets cant deal with. But after like ~10 mins some kids started to cheat. Shooting multiple tank rounds at them and even shooting for 1 minute long at them with the 50. Cal. Cheaters are getting worse. I rarely encountered them before. Btw this was in a session with 22 people in it. Checked their profiles and they werent on the other side of the world xD So that ruled out lag (My first thoughts).
