How do I install GTA V if I don't have the license key?

If you don't know, people can share games using steam. This means the other one doesn't have to pay money to be able to play this game.

In Gta V you need a license key to complete the installation, otherwise you won't be able to play the game, and since I have the "shared version" of the game I don't have the key.
Steam however does give you a notification before the launch: "Some or all content of "Grand Theft Auto V" is only available by connecting to a 3rd party service. The original owner must have registered with this service to access this content."

I don't really understand that and I'd really like if someone could help me out in this situation.

you cant family share GTAV, its not possible.

No. A friend came over and shared it by logging in with his account on my pc and downloading it. I can use his games only when he is not playing games on his account. So technically I did not buy it.

because you need a social club account which acts as DRM.

Once a Steam account has been linked to a SC account, only that person can play the game.
