Any confirmed reason for why I cannot sell my X80 or Tyrus?

I wanted to sell my X80 Proto and my Tyrus because I'd fetch about $3.5m out of them from selling them. I was gonna get a different super and maybe upgrade my office to Maze Bank.

I get this message whenever I try to sell them at LS Customs saying there's been an Inventory or Price Data error and they can't be sold.

I went to R* support and made a topic asking why this was, and while I didn't get a reply from staff, a random user told me it was because of the discounts for those two vehicles, and that I should wait for the sale to end. Is this true?

Probably right tbh, just wait a bit longer.

You cannot sell cars that are on sale. You have to wait for the sale to end.

Thanks. Considering it's the 26th (in my timezone at least), should I attempt it now or wait until the morning?

You can check the car website to see of th sale ended. usually those things are not changed until afternoon USA time, so probably not for another 10-14 hours.

Usual lack of effort or quality control by R*. It means the server and your client don't agree on the price so what that person said is kind of true; it is because R* didn't update clients properly about the sale (they only updated purchase price). I had this issue with my Elegy that I had paid for (it was only free to returning players in the early days). You can get R* support to help you with that but since the sale will be over soon, the problem will be fixed before they would get to your request. so, y, just wait till the sale is over.
