GTA V, [White Flickering screen glitch] Need Help!

Soooo I was playing GTA V and after restarting it (for unrelated events)It Was fine, I walked outside of Franklin's house drove up the hill a bit and when I tilted my camera at the side of the airport this happened :/

The menu constantly switches colors from purple to green, and before the bug the shaders disappear and the screen flickers like its have a seizure or something....then the white screen, white blocks instead of words and the menu do that :/

please help, I've tried restarting already, Not planning on re-downloading the entire game again as my internet is super ♥♥♥♥, (thanks 3Ireland)
