Volatus or Swift

Volatus is on sale for the about the same price as the Swift, about $1,500,000. Which is better? As in faster, more maneuverable, quicker take off? Thanks!

simple answer: swift

better answer: you are more likely to be satisfied with your purchase if you consider all other factors. they're close enough in performance to not make a difference unless you're racing and if you are racing, you can select whatever you want without owning it anyway.

that is sort of what i mean. what Default_Sound pointed out is more important than speed. unless you're an experienced pilot, you are very likely to kill yourself trying to land a volatus.

other factors:
- volatus is a luxury helicopter, standard swift isn't. that is good and bad; can't go passive with volatus but i'm pretty sure you can with standard swift but you loose the luxury.
- If you own a volatus, you can spawn it for free right next to you from CEO vehicles menu. i don't think you can do that with a swift (not 100% sure, i don't use either much)

i'm sure i missed other stuff but still waiting to wake up properly lol.

personally, i am not a fan of either; they are both too big so you can't get into or land at places smaller choppers can. buzzard and supervolito are far superior for that with buzzard being the ideal chopper (even with ignoring weapons as you're asking about civilian choppers). supervolito has similar landing issues as volatus.

my main character has all the choppers mentioned but i am still just using the buzzard pertty much all the time. i just wish they would allow us to buy the civilian version of buzzard as used in races and then my life would be complete lol.

Both r a huge waste of money if you dont have a large bankroll. Better off getting around in the armed choppers.

If you buy a yatch, you get the swift carbon, (or whatever it is called) for free.
It's faster then most any other heli.

But i think you have to get the second most expensive or most expensive yatch to get it. It will just spawn on your yatch all the time.

try the cheapest valito helicopter. it looks like a ambulance heli. i would not choose the volatus because its almost hard to land . it tips over every time i tried to land it.

thats normal for the savage. its done that since it was released. very weak helicopter too. with the savage i got in it and the police started nipping me with pistol bullets when i was taking off and then smoke came out. after 5 minutes the engine completely gave out and the heli fell to the ground. never get pegusus air vehicles if its combat. unless you wanna kill players. but for cops, just stick with the annihilator on the heli pads. mostly the hospital or merryweather base up near the hills

I actually use the buzzard mostly. The savage i only use for Headhunter, or if someone is in a jet griefing the lobby.

The free buzzards you get for being CEO makes everything 10x easier sometimes.

No, getting a buzzard as CEO or an Associate is free through the interaction menu.

Volatus is crap. It likes to fall over on landing so much. Plus comparing to my yacht's Swift it handles like a cow and looks like one, too.

And yacht's Swift is luxury version. So, it has internets and champagne, too ^^

Tho Buzzard is the best heli overall by far.

It's probably free if you previously own it, I do not and it is 25,000 as a CEO. I haven't tried as an associate yet.

as an associate you get access to whatever the CEO has. if they own a buzzard, it'll be free delivery.
