It's not, but you may have gotten some virus when you downloaded it, maybe your system was infected before downloading.

RageHooks fine, play LSPDFR all the time. I don't know why it would be flagging as a virus, it might be worth trying to re-download it just in case something did come along for the ride in the initial download. I'd suggest installing LSPDFR first and then RageHook since it comes with an outdated copy of RageHook it can mess with it if its already installed.

What kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥ thinks that LSPDFR is a cheat. I'm poasting this to explain to anyone who finds this thread on google that LSPDFR won't ban you from GTAOnline as its a OFFLINE mod and running online will only work when the hooks are not injected.

when mods are made to take shortcuts, admin menus, invincibility, escape death and game breaking, its a cheat.

For one that strives to best in Storymode Singleplayer missions in achieving,

Its ridiculous despite pleasing results to one' upmost effort,
theres still hundreds to thousands on social club checklist/ mission/ highscores ahead simply because they could
