Cinematic Camera - How to change or keep the view?

Hello!
I really don't like the view from the wheels on GTAV cinematic camera. Is there a way to cycle between camera modes? Or remove back wheels view completely? I know you can cycle on console using right analogue stick, but I've tried almost every button on PC without any effect!

that would be V, there are 4 modes of view, close 3rd person, medium 3rd person, far 3rd person and first person. just be aware of this as you may have thought it wasnt working because you couldnt see a difference. Hope this helped
