Selling car worth more then 50k

I have 2 cars which are worth more then 50k, however i never use them and they only take up garage space.
I was wondering if there was a way to sell them?
It keeps telling me that i can't, because it's worth more then 50k.

I blew mine up so they were left with the mutual insurance people until I oay for them to be repaired, freeing up space in my garage, or you could buy a small garage for them in the middle of nowhere xD

is a bug that some people experience, if you own the cars, you should be able to sell them

Transfer the car to another garage,it usually fixes the problem.

Nobody really mentioned that he could sell the unwanted cars at Los Santos Customs?

I do own them, i think i have had them for more then 2 years.
But i can't seem to sell them

Stelling it is the problem, if says i can't sell it, since it's worth more then 50,000.

If you can't sell it and its not the 'transaction failed' bug then the cars were ones you originally stole then kept / insured them. There was a time right after PC release that one could garage many cars one stole that are no longer possible to store. These cars will give you that error when you try to sell them. What you can do is steal a low value car and park it in your garage. You will be prompted to REPLACE a current vehicle because you have no more room in any garage....select the offending car to replace it with the cheapo car. Repeat for each car you don't want then sell the cheapo cars(you can sell one every game day).

The cars i want to sell where bought on the website.
So not stolen, also i never tried to duplicate them or mod anything.

i bought the franken stange on 2nd character and can't sell it
it says something like
transaction failed incompatible price reboot to refreh the catalogue
everytime i try to sell it

Just take the wheels of and then sell them again. It usually works or put another wheels

I told you how to get rid of the cars.
As for your PS3 transfer that might be the reason you can't sell them. You could open a ticket on R* support site regarding that.

if cars have been dupped and some one sold one of them none of the other dups of that car can be sold

As i stated before, they where bought on the site, never tried duping anything.
