Any discussion of piracy will result in a permanent ban from the Steam Community
Threat reported !!
/high five
then i ask simple questions to both of you
is there alternative ways to reduce my download time that take 7 days, not make me spend more money like buy the game, not wasting time such as ask friends for back up game
or, maybe you two can give me better solution for me even make me quit from game piracy like others who give me solutions to reduce downloading time..?
that's the main idea about why I asked here

You can also just use a backup of your friends install, it will use the same method as above, you can also use the DVD version files in exactly the same way.
Gaming is a hobby in which requires personal investments to support. If you can't support your hobby with the expenses required; you reduce, or stop your hobby until you can afford to continue contributing to it.
Slow connections, low income, global location ect. do not give you the excuse, or the right to violate copyright and usage agreements placed by legal teams to protect software. Copyrights are upheld by Interpol, and it is a Federal Offense in the United States to violate the copyright laws enforced by the United States judical system. Since Rockstar, the producers of the software you stole from are located in the United States, you can be charged with violation of the copyright usage agreements in place by Rockstar's legal team, your global location does not exempt you from this action.
There is no excuse for theft. Software piracy is theft. You are stealing to support a hobby that requires personal expense. You damage the industry for those of us who contribute to its growth and prosperity honestly, and cause developers to utilize strict anti-tamper software as a cause of your actions.
I would like a Porsche 918, I can't afford it, does that give me the right to steal the car just because I would like to own it? I'm hungry, I want a steak, does that give me the right to steal? Hopefully you get the point. You don't need games to survive, it is a hobby. Games require several man-hours to create and bring to the public for entertainment, and you are stealing other's hard work because it's easier for you to steal. That's it right there, it's easier...lazy people take the easy way in life, and others usually suffer for it.
so?
did you notice this entire post..?
did you even see that picture..?
it is from piracy to become developer pro, I BUY THE GAME<--this mean I CAN AFFORD MY HOBBY
and you still say imma game pirate, then i would to say thank you
and did you realize that internet connection speed and income was different each country?
then i would to say Thank you to people who help me solve this problem, finally i can play the game
it means you support a guy to change, from thief to be a capable person who can spent his bucks to buy the original game right from (official) developer
end, i wanna say thanks to those 2 people who ain't help me but just barking like Trump
*sorry for my english
(notice to hooksguru: america still need Papua, Indonesia)
1. Get a laptop that runs Windows and has sufficient drive space. It does not need to be capable of running the game.
2. Get outside and find a place with a faster Wi-fi connection. Maybe even pass the laptop to a friend who has a faster home connection so he/she can get it done overnight.
3. Download the game on that faster connection
4. Go home and hook up the laptop to your LAN, or grab an external hard drive - as long as you have some way of copying the Steam files to your main machine, you're good.
Back in college this was exactly what I did to circumvent data caps.
check the symbol behind his name, it would tell you he has bought the game ...
He asks for an offline installation of the game...
