Is this game worth $30?

I have some steam money available and it's on sale for $36. I've already beat it once on PS3 and once on PS4. I was considering getting it on PC but I'm not sure if it's worth it so wanted some opinions. Is modding worth it? Will I get decent performance with an FX-8350, 16GB of ram and a GTX 970? I've beat The Witcher 3 twice and I'm just looking for a new open world game.

the game is good although sometimes some bugs in it. Now it's on sale for 18$.just buy and have a try. I hope you can enjoy it.

And why's that? There's an entire open world singleplayer. I have no personal friends that play it online but I have a few randoms in my list that might join from time to time.

Not really worth it - too many bugs. You will probably spend more time fixing errors and problems than enjoying/playing this game. It seems every time someone new purchases this game they have launch problems, sound issues, performance issues, crashes, etc. Not worth it. Mods will sometimes cause errors/problems to going down the road; let's say a new patch is released and mods will create conflict. NOT WORTH IT.

It was worth 60 dollars when I bought it, I've no lifed it to death. It's worth $30 without question.

it is worth it, but if you wait it will be even cheaper. The current sale on it is just the price for the entire sale. But i am confident it will eventually show up in one of the daily deals for even better price. keep checking back every day 1pm EST.

Thanks for the heads up bud. Didn't notice that was the price until the 4th. It will likely be a daily deal.

From what I've seen there are no more daily deals. All prices are set until the end of the sale due to a refund policy hence the "Highlighted Deals" and not "Daily Deals". What a bummer.

"Beat it" on PS4? I don't think you'll find anything new to 100% on the PC version if you've owned it recently on PS4. Peformance should be good. 16gbs shouldn't see a limitation, the 970 should be good to go and the 8350 is good in it.

I mean I wouldn't call an open world sandbox game that takes 80+ hours to 100% with mods largely online. I was never a huge fan of GTA Online, I have always played GTA games for the singleplayer. I may or may not get it. I'm seeing very mixed opinions.

GTA V single player is worth full price alone. The GTA Online which comes with it is pretty much a GTA MMO. Which is awesome. I would say the game is worth full price even today. lol
