Offline Mode Not Available How do I fix this?

Hey guys this is my first discussion and its to help me and anyone else who gets this error message. I have been playing GTA 5 for over 130 hours online and all of the sudden after the 1.34 patch I get this error "Offline Mode not available" the next text goes this this

Offline play is only available for accounts that have previously signed in on this machine (with "Remember Me" ticked) while connected to the internet and while Social Club Services are available. You have not previously signed in on this machine so offline play is not available.

This is a lie as I was playing fine 4 days ago but I couldnt get the cash I get from delivering the cargo, the next day when rockstar servers were down repairing the rockstar servers could not process the transaction error.

So I was able to play it in offline mode but the day after I get that message, Ive deleted the Social Club folder in my documents (same with the GTA5 folder) uninstalled Social Club and reinstalled it with no prevail. I verified my game cache and that didnt work.

I even deleted GTA5 and reinstalled it and it still didnt work what do I do guys I havent been able to play it for 3 days now ive contacted rockstar with no prevail either.

I tried all f...ing things i could do and nothing fixed that problem. Until this:

It worked for me and now i play offline mode and online.

I tried making a new user, and so on but it still wont connect

Unfortunately it did not work I guess ill wait until Rockstar gets back to me I finally got someone not an automated message so I need to wait for them to respond :)

Funny thing about this is I fixed this by using my friends internet and I was able to play Grand Theft Auto again

Yeah...It works when using my friend's internet. So the problem is the isp

i tryed to restart my router and that worked for me. its very random.

Отключаете интернет и заходите в гта. Когда появится окно, включите интернет и нажмите retry. И у меня заработало.

Try to go with steam offline mode first than go gta v offline

Problem:
No ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clue but it works for me now so who cares...

Solu(no idea how to write this word):
Download a VPN, e.G.: Windscribe VPN
This Program will change your IP which means it will make it look like youre on a differen PC in a different network.
You can turn it off after starting the game. Worked fine for me ;)

It writes me, that Offline mod is not available… I download game yesterday and I do not know what to do... Thank you for help guys.
