How do i pay my bodyguards?
So, i have my ORG, cost me a lot and left me almost broke, but i have it, but when i invite my friend, and he accept he says my org is taking his money and his bonus is $0 and he told me that another guy invited him and the bonus was 60%, how do i add the percent of money my bodyguards get?
sorry for my english.

I think the bonus is increased by completing drug trafficking stuff. Haven't done it myself, but I think that's what it is.

Honestly not worth doing ORG stuff, myself and a few friends got a warehouse full of supplies, sold them all and the associates got no money, ORG leader did though. Either we're doing something wrong or its honestly pointless, lost my will to play unfortunately.

i feel related to this, happened to me, sold all the supplies, only me getting paid, friends sad.
yesterday i was having problems, when i sold supplies, at the end i was getting a socialclub message saying that rockstar servers couldn't process the transaction, so i was getting the RP, but not the money, and the supplies still in my warehouse, so i sold the same supplies like 4 times and i got them in my warehouse lol.

This is because the ORG leader deserves the money more than his/her associates. They are the one that spent at least 1.3mil on an office+warehouse, and also buying the supplies for each run. Their money is also a huge gamble when it comes to buying and selling crates since if they are destroyed the leader just lost all of that money he/she spent. The associates get money for just being in the same server, so if they don't even help out they still get money for just having a colour on their player indicator. It's like how the heist payout works: the leader pays for the heist, doesn't get pay for setups (while the others do), gets a higher payout on the final heist execution than the others (to even out the money they didn't get for the setup jobs).

The profit gains for the Leader totally outweighs what the associates make, been an associate just isn't worth it. To top it off the leader gets 100% of money earned in the world, so if you stop someone else's selling process only the leader gets the money from it. There's no point wasting hours on doing runs if you're an associate.

Even the money for the CEO isn't really worth the trouble. You will see big numbers, but you will pay a large sum in buying them crates either in time or in money making the actual profit a fraction of what you could make playing just VIP missions or heists insted.

If they increased the value of the sales a bit and gave the CEO the ability to split the cut like a heist leader this update would be a lot more attractive since it'd make it meaningful to play as an associate. As is you are exploiting them. Which is uncool in general and doubley uncool if they're your friends.
