The grotti x80 Proto despawns a few seconds after spawning it

Hi I am trying to spawn the grotti x80 Proto in single player with a trainer. However a few seconds after spawning it, the car despawns. I have tried taking off all mods except the trainer I use to spawn cars but the car still despawns after a few seconds. Does anyone know how to fix this.

Yes newest "Script Hook" and "mpexecutive" works. But is there no way to get these Cars normal in SP, without mods or scripts ??

Theres a total of three cars, I believe the Grotti x80 Protto, the seven-70, and I think what I heard someone say a "Porche" but idk
