Furthere Adventures in Finance and Felony, BLACK SCREEN to CRASH to Desktop. ANYONE ELSE?

I keep crashing inside of Executive Offices since this new update.
Last night, I bought the Maze Bank Tower office then entered and explored it. Everything went fine without any crashing or stuttering, the first time cutscene played and I was enjoying my new time as a CEO. I decide to check out my buddies office at the one right next to Maze Bank Tower and as soon as he buzzes me in, I get a black screen and crash.

I decided I would revalidate the files and just play tomorrow morning. Aparrently all the files were successfully valdiated. This morning I enter my maze bank office, walk to the right of the receptionist, but then I end up the same way, black screen to crash to desktop.

Does anyone else have this problem?
Rockstar can you help?

It's a lag issue, sometimes when you call a pegasus chopper and there is someone on the helipad of your tower you got a balck screen too where some load after the helipad is free and a few crash your game. I happened with me and some friends so we tested it in some cases and thats what we found.

I spawned in my Maze Bank and since have had no crash. Will keep posted. Also thanks @EduuhMiranda good tip, ill try to keep an eye out for that

Keeps crashing when I spawn in my office, albeit not instantaneously. Is this happening to anyone else?!
