Bonus wages for each consecutive Special Cargo Mission completed by their CEO, up to a maximum of $10,000. Failing a Mission will reset wages to a default value.
cut straight from the update list here: http://www.vg247.com/2016/06/07/gta-online-finance-and-felony-patch-notes-crikey-thats-a-lot-of-fixes/
On top of that, associates get the 5K every 15 or so minutes, not going to say this is all a LOT, but associates are basically just playing fetch and extra guns from what i've seen.
it just doesnt seem worth it to me we did it for 2 or 3 hours they got like 100k roughly i made like 600k from the sale it was really disapointing as we were all hoping for an even split, i mean for the same amount of time we could have run the bank job 3 times in 3 hrs and they could have made way more in the same time alot easier than pvping the whole server to make so little. i still say they need to add a way to divide the final sale if the CEO wants too.
Did you personally even break even yet as CEO?
This, pretty much. And considering the trolls are going to be hunting people ruthlessly, CEOs won't be making a whole awful lot until they work a good system out to rapidly grab the goods and get from A to B. Its work, but in my opinion? its better than repeating the same damn heist over and over again, its not a LOT of variety, but its enough to make it interesting.
Plus if one person dies here, you don't have to restart half the damn heist, lower levels players can still make cash this way while not dragging down heists.
I run my organization mostly alone. While it can be a struggle, noticed it as more profitable. However, it can be rather difficult when a mission requires you to retrieve 3 items of cargo. I hired a friend of mine but he demanded more than 0%. When you get an invite, the SecuroServ app will detail your job and wages. When I was not a CEO, I once received an offer to join an organization for a 13% increase. I would love to know how to adjust wage bonuses to attract more of my friends because doing this alone is repetitive and a new change of pace would keep me more engaged in the game.
there are some CEOs that set a decent wage and for them I'll pull vehicles, help missions, etc
your wage determines the quality of your people
I spent 2.5 million to set up
Made 11 million in a few weeks of playing whenever I wanted to
So yep, I'd say yep.
