CEO and Associate pay question
Is there a way to set it so the money is distributed amoungst the associates when you sell the goods in a warehouse. If so how do you do it because me and my friends filled a warehouse with half a million in goods and sold it. I as the CEO got the full amount of the sale and they got screwed and didnt get anything.

If there is not a way then the seriously need to make it so there is because otherwise there is no point in being an associate if your gonna play for hours and get nothing from it in the end while 1 person gets it all it will just be anouther part of the game noone does and a huge waste of a fun game mode. Maybe do it like in the end of the hiests where you can set everyones cut of the profits would be best.

Players who become Associates of a CEO will also have access to exclusive benefits. These benefits include:
Bonus wages for each consecutive Special Cargo Mission completed by their CEO, up to a maximum of $10,000. Failing a Mission will reset wages to a default value.

cut straight from the update list here: http://www.vg247.com/2016/06/07/gta-online-finance-and-felony-patch-notes-crikey-thats-a-lot-of-fixes/

On top of that, associates get the 5K every 15 or so minutes, not going to say this is all a LOT, but associates are basically just playing fetch and extra guns from what i've seen.

Yeah i saw that i was just hoping i missed something.

it just doesnt seem worth it to me we did it for 2 or 3 hours they got like 100k roughly i made like 600k from the sale it was really disapointing as we were all hoping for an even split, i mean for the same amount of time we could have run the bank job 3 times in 3 hrs and they could have made way more in the same time alot easier than pvping the whole server to make so little. i still say they need to add a way to divide the final sale if the CEO wants too.

As CEO how much did you spend though? (that associates didnt have to spend)
Did you personally even break even yet as CEO?

Rule of Aquisition #287: Associates should save their pathetic wages and invest in office space to become a CEO.

If you spend bare minimum (1kk for the office, 350k for the small warehouse and around 100k for the cargos) you need to sell full warehouse of goods 6 times to compensate your spendings.

This, pretty much. And considering the trolls are going to be hunting people ruthlessly, CEOs won't be making a whole awful lot until they work a good system out to rapidly grab the goods and get from A to B. Its work, but in my opinion? its better than repeating the same damn heist over and over again, its not a LOT of variety, but its enough to make it interesting.

Plus if one person dies here, you don't have to restart half the damn heist, lower levels players can still make cash this way while not dragging down heists.

I run my organization mostly alone. While it can be a struggle, noticed it as more profitable. However, it can be rather difficult when a mission requires you to retrieve 3 items of cargo. I hired a friend of mine but he demanded more than 0%. When you get an invite, the SecuroServ app will detail your job and wages. When I was not a CEO, I once received an offer to join an organization for a 13% increase. I would love to know how to adjust wage bonuses to attract more of my friends because doing this alone is repetitive and a new change of pace would keep me more engaged in the game.

basically you slave out 3 other people to make you millions - the CEO cuts the lions share, the associates will barely make enough to cover ammo expenses.

there are some CEOs that set a decent wage and for them I'll pull vehicles, help missions, etc
your wage determines the quality of your people

yeah but how do you set the wages thats what i want to know i can find no setting for it
Hemp Jun 23, 2016 @ 6:07pm
i worked for a ceo my wage bonus was 50 percent. I still don't know how the ♥♥♥♥ to set the wage bonus someone tell me please!!?

Made ~100k in an hour just driving from point A to point B, occasionally shooting someone as an associate. In an empty, or nearly empty lobby it still ends up being a quick way to get money and rank with no real requirements. Probably one of the best ways to get friends who are new to the game situatuated

The CEO doesn't set the wage bonus. The wage bonus goes up $500 each time a successful mission is completed. It starts at 0%, which has associates paid $5,000. If the CEO does 2 missions (sells crates / steals cars), then invites people, the wage bonus will be at 10%. If the CEO then dies, the associates lose $250, so the wage bonus will only be 8%. If they all do another mission, the wage bonus will be 13%

I spent 2.5 million to set up
Made 11 million in a few weeks of playing whenever I wanted to
So yep, I'd say yep.
