Anything for a misanthropic online player in the CEO Office or does it require multipul players? (I.E will it prevent me from actually doing missions by myself).

There are several solo missions you can do without anyone's help and in solo session.
And there are others that you can not.

one last question. Can I get additional options after I get the Suite (redecorate, add safe and Armory) or do I have to get at initial purchase?

You can do all the CEO stuff solo, it's just harder. Some of the options don't unlock unless you're in a public session though. You can theoretically be in a public session alone cargo missions but odds are the lobby won't remain empty for too long.

I was in a public lobby one day for at least an hour until a person logged in but never messed with me for next hour and a half. Then he/she left and was I was alone for another half hour till i decided to be done for the day. Next day I tried to find an emptyish lobby but all i went into had 6-15 people. I guess i had luck that one day.

You have to do CEO stuff in a public lobby. You don't have to let anyone into that lobby.

create a rule for outgoing signals in windows firewall block udp ports 6672, 61455, 61457, 61456, 61458 and you got your own private solo public session

I bet there will be a mod for sp, which implements the office with all its mission to the sp in a few month
