Why no prone or crouch?

We have well over 45 buttons on a keyboard we could bind to crouch or prone and they didn't even implement it

It is. A controller has 14 buttons to use as controls. A pc has way much more than that. Arma for example, uses 80% of all buttons on a keyboard and even those on the mice. Gta 4 doesn't have to be a relativley new release to be memorable. Just how most people remember things in modernwarfare 2 or other old games. You were probably born after gta 4 was released anyways.......

You have no time put into GTA so don't talk about features

.... I played gta 5 on console and was level 140 legit.

You can play arma 3 on that too. No one has a single core processor.

First off its a true statement. That has been proven false, a console would be capable of adding in crouch and prone.

Second. A potato could run GTA on low. GTFO if you dont ultra at 150+ FPS. Your PC is bad and you should feel bad.

Third. Most console bashers have bad PC's and need to make their e-penis larger by talking down about them. Its funny really how console players are more mature towards PC players.

I had one and ran ARMA 3 at 40 FPS at all times. Then I got more into PC gaming because of the chat feature in game and built a good PC. However I would sell my old one to you so you could have a better PC. The PC for your mommy's phone number would be a good trade.

Medium what are you a casual? You have to ULTRA or you basically get console graphics. Decent FPS so like 30 or the console FPS lock? Get 100 on ULTRA or Git Gud.
