I cant enter gta v online

when i try accessing gta online in the menu (The one at the start where you choose either online or story mode) it says "You need to create a character in the character creation menu, but when i then press alt in story modeand choose the online i get same message and i also get the message if im in story mode and press esc, head into online and go down to the character creation menu

If you played game before then maybe you got banned and reset.

You should reinstall the game i did that and now i have no problems
