Banned for a modder giving me ♥♥♥♥ I did not ask for

When I tried to log in this morning to Online it said 'Your account has been suspended until November 18th, in addition, your Online Character will be reset.' A modder gave me ♥♥♥♥ I didn't ask for, I even told him to stop in the chat. I tried to record but wasn't fast enough. Is there a way I can appeal this?

Ya they did the same to me. Broken game. Let's modders drop RP and cash on you in multiple ways then suspends and resets you with no way to get any help from support. Real shame. Makes the game unplayable.

Pretty simple concept. Don't associate with modders. Don't accept anything anyone is "giving you" and you won't have to worry about getting banned. Can't claim victim when you accept ♥♥♥♥ whether you asked or not.

If someone gave you a kilo of coke you never asked for and the police found out, you're going to jail whether you asked for it or not.

According to the rockstar support links you shouldn't have to anyways because they are supposed to be able to separate hackers from the victims of the hackers and automatically adjust. They were just following the rules rockstar announced by not leaving if they didn't.

Because that's the way the game was meant to be played. The way it is most fun. And for me personally while I was aware a hacker problem existed I was ready to just click find new session and run away from them so I could enjoy the benefits of public lobbies. I had no way of knowing that a hacker could drop money and RP on me and get me reset with zero support help from rockstar. That is a step far beyond what anyone would have expected to be wrong with this game as a new player.

Aware of the risks? lol why would anyone who bought this game be aware playing the game the way it is literally advertised and meant to be played would have the risk of getting you reset and suspended when you never even cheated?

there was another point also what I can't find anymore that said they can ban you online for no reason given.

You don't have to cheat to be banned or reset, Rockstar can ban you & remove you from online as they wish themselves. Under their user agreement.

Anyway no point to rant and grow this thread to a thousand posts as it will achieve nothing & will only cause issues to people involved here for insulting each other like the norm has been on this hub.
