Only 15% of Heist cut?!

Hello, i've finished 2 heists already and we always got only 15% of the cut. It was 2 man heist and we both agreed that i will take 85% of the cut so i can save up for an Oppressor. We finished 2 Casino heists (Aggresive way and big con) we finished it and we both got only 15% which means that 70% is still missing. I lost like 1,4 mil because of this. After we finished the heist i saw that i recieved only 136K which was that 15% of cut but in the end summary i saw that i recieved 783K which would be that 85%. Where could be the problem and how to avoid it for the next time?

known bug created by modders in sessions tormenting people and never let the time run out or ready up while lester is talking some times with casino heist the host needs to quit then rehost to prevent bug from something to do with lester and modders that broke heist information long ago.

Did host start at the board screen before timer ran out? Because if not, it resets the cuts to default. Some people intentionally do this to "scam" others.

We did start before the timer ran out 🤔 we think that the problem could be the ready button, cause the host wasnt ready and pressed continue, could that be the problem? On the screen we saw 85% for me and 15% for the host but the host wasnt ready when the game started. also the host coulsnt find the button to be "ready"

Its not about being greedy, i'm playing with girlfriend and we both agreed, that we will make it this way eventho i told her, that she should be taking atleast 60% to cover up heist expenses. She declined that so we're saving up this way to buy rest of the things we need cause we always play together.
