What are the ways to Tell if someone got into my GTA Account?

i am NOT Able to login to Rockstar Social Club right now. it keeps on going into offline mode the Rockstar Games Launcher.

If you click on the little gear next to your player icon on the Rock Star launcher you should see an option for Support. Clicking that will take you to the main Rock Star Support page where you can post a ticket for support to help you with this issue. The only thing I learned the hard way is that you can't launch GTA 5 online from Steam. You have to launch GTA5 Online from the Rock Star Launcher and that brings up your Steam account and loads GTA5 online for you.

Offline only errors are not synonymous with someone getting into your account. Internet issues, permission issues, dns issues, av/security issues, regional connectivity issues, and even R*, steam, related services can be at fault. More/extra info -

As for not being able to launch gtao from steam - if you can't get to gtao from launching via steam - you have issues on your end. Permissions, vcredists, connectivity settings, etc. Have been using steam to go online - for years (since release).
