do you still have to get supplies for the bunker ?

Nightclub doesn't appear do be doing it

You have to get supplies for the bunker if you plan to sell from the bunker. As for having the Nightclub collect goods from the bunker all you need is to assign a technician to it. It does take a while even with everything upgraded.

Bunker and NC produce each their own product. Requirement to assign businesses only acts as extra paywall.

i have a technician assigned in the club but he doesnt source supplies for the bunker

How long have you had that technician assigned?
Is your Bunker equipment upgraded?

If the technician has been assigned for a day or more you can unassign and reassign him.

Edit to add:

If you upgraded the equipment while he was assigned then that may have bugged and you simply need to reassign him.

Just for the record: There used to be (and may still be) a bug where assigning a Nightclub Warehouse Technician to a business will produce 0 supplies. The ways I've seen to fix it is to unassign all Warehouse workers, sell all supplies from the Warehouse, switch session (possibly unnecessary) and reassign. Rockstar may have fixed the bug since then, though, and I'm not sure that's what the OP is running into.

Right, bug then. You can try to unassign and reassign, see if they've fixed it. If not, the above has worked for me in the past.

All you have to do, is own the MC business or businesses, let them run out of supplies and they will suspend production. But if you own the night club and assign a technician to product say organic or any of the products you want to get from your MC. You technician or technicians will source them goods without you having to resupply your MC businesses. You will get texts messages about low or no supplies. Ignore them and let the Nightclub basements fill up. All you have to do, is own the MC business or businesses. and same goes for your Bunker, your nightclub technician will source weapons for you. Even though you have no supplies at your bunker. Just let your MC businesses and bunk suspend production and your nightclub will fill up once you have one or two or all 5 technicians assigned to the products you want to come in

And the same goes for your warehouse or warehouses. Source one crate and then let the technician or technicians source them for you at the Nightclub. Remember to assign them to the right products you want. Say, drugs etc...

ok, figured out what i was doing wrong, whenever i enter the bunker it would show on the screen
0 supplies
0 money

so it looks like nothing is happening but on the PC in the NC it shows progress there

Your bunker crew will produce weapons if you steal/buy supplies, in addition to what's happening at the N/C
