Basically it's just the typical bla bla console exclusivity bla bla. Same for Expanded and Enhanced enhancements.

Maybe we'll get that stuff eventually, maybe we won't. Either way, I wouldn't hold my breath on a release date.

PC is already expanded and enhanced so why hold the content hostage?

No, PC doesn't have the updated textures and global illumination. That too is being locked behind console exclusivity.

Correction, I read that wrong my bad.

The consoles got updated textures and global illumination. The updated textures are more up to date then the current textures that we have on PC. I'm waiting for those to be updated into the PC version.
