My cars are gone

I dunno wtf happened but all my cars disapeared from all my garages. I had a nice collection.

If they were acquired from money you got from modders it is possible Rockstar took them away. Or at least I've heard of that in the past

I lost all my cars once, every single one. This was on xbox. I just laughed it off and purchased them again, I had enough money. I don't know if it was a bug or greedy Rockstar being greedy because I had $5 somewhere on my stats that didn't add up.

I lost all my cars in one garage, and it was the workshop for cars, all my super cars were gone.

So I exited the game and did not touch anything and just started deleting files, in %APPDATA%/Local/TEMP
deleted all cloud.dat files
deleted all files in user/documents/rockstar games/GTA V-deleted
launched rockstar app and deleted local profile,
due to known memory processing errors your cars can be invisible if that's the case or from file corruption, if its not an error due to programming, a cretin can make issue's like what you described.

Verify game file integrity after deleting, reboot system, make sure hardware drivers updated, launch rockstar app first, then steam, try to launch game from Rockstar app first, allow cloud sync.

When you get a suspension or a temp game ban you will be notified, that your progression would be reset if that is not the case the following above information may help you, thats if you did not add anymore cars to the garages that got bugged with memory processing errors, due to file corruption.

Yeah it was on xbox so I didn't have that much freedom. Also, I did have glitched cars in my garage from single player, I had Franklin's Buffalo before they added it to online. I also had the alien car and a few other so I figured it was file corruption or they removed them due to that. This is why I decided not to pursue the issue especially since I had loads of money by then.

Had a cheater do that to me. Weapons as well.

Restarted game and all were back.

The only thing I have an issue with now is I cannot choose the agency as a spawn point. If I do, my office is reset to day one. Moving crates were there and all my stuff was missing. R* said to try another spawn and it worked. But to this day, it is not fixed.

Next day when I log in it was all back to normal. Could it be that some modder was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with me? It was all modded, on the streets were APCs with giant lowriders rims everywhere lol
