Playing campaign with 'online character' (by mod)

Hello everybody

Is there any way, using mods, exclusively in singleplayer mode - Rockstar rule and I respect - to play the campaign/singleplayer with the character created in the multiplayer section?

(ask for mods eventually if there is one). I know about the 'character swap' that enables the 'Franklin' preset (and two others) to be played with other skins, but I ask about a specific skin (and how to find it the next time I run the game/save file).

While people do chat about GTAV story mode mods here, it's usual quite general and more often related to problems like the game crashing or failing to launch at all with mods already installed.
