Was the Telescope glitch patched? (Solved)

I went to the pier and tried the telescope glitch but it wasn't working. Did Rockstar really patch a completely innocent glitch that only helped people be creative with their crappy restrictive clothing system?w

They've been patching outfits for he past 9 years. They got one guy sitting in the basement that is responsible for that, that's all he does. Every update he finds a new way to stop your creativity and every update players show him that he should find a new job because players find a way to get what they want anyways.

I doubt it's patched but you are the second person on here to mention it so who knows.

If its not entirely patched then the method must have changed cause the old way of running past it then changing direction doesn't work anymore. Too bad they can patch the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ammo and weapon glitch that takes your ♥♥♥♥ away, they're too busy ruining all the useful stuff.

I just went and tested it and you are correct, they patched it. You can no longer use the ones indoors now, you have to use the ones outside. Throw a molotov cocktail near the telescope and hop on, the fire will kick you out. You can then do as before and just walk away.
