How do you invite people to your biker gang?

And do they remain permanent members? It seemed to imply that with the pictures on the wall and whatnot... I'm confused.

M , MC members or whatever. They are not permanent they can betray you at any time so that you can kill them. That pic on the wall with the members makes no sense.

pictures on the wall make sense if you play with loyal members like I do. IN my crew I only have friends and reliable people, and I invite them to my mc , only them.. anyway to invite them just start the mc by pressing M and then in the mc management option you can invite them

the way it is implemented is confusing and stupid and no, you can't have anything permenant using the game mechanics. you can however keep track of people's ranks and reinstate them next time you populate your MC using a crew website or even just a notepad.
