Copy and Move the "update\x64\dlcpacks\mpbiker" folder into the "mods" folder and TA-DA!! It works!

Oh my god, it does? I've been trying to break this enhanced handling since the mod came out and didn't know how to do it. Gonna try this later.

Oh my god, it does? I've been trying to break this enhanced handling since the mod came out and didn't know how to do it. Gonna try this later.

I have no idea if you guys have a different version than me or something, but this fix exactly didn't work for me, but what DID work was deleting the entire "update" folder in /mods. So maybe it's something specific that breaks it, idk yet :/

Guys I found a fix (Atleast for me) Go into your mods folder and delete x64a.

Are you using a different version of Redux? I tried that but no luck still. Game only starts for me if I delete 'update.rpf' :/

After doing some googling on how to get this mod working, I finally got this mod to work for me with the Biker Update.

1. Reinstall your GTAV so you get a clean installation.

2. Follow the appropriate steps to install GTAV Redux including the Day 1 patch.

3. Go to your GTAV Directory/update/x64/dlcpacks/ copy the mpbiker folder and put that in to your mods folder.

4. Update your GTAV Script hook, the latest release was Oct 5, 2016 for version 1.0.877.1. You just have to copy and paste the dinput8.dll and ScriptHookV.dll into your main GTAV directory.

5. You need to download this gameconfig patch which contains an updated gameconfig.xml which you use OpenIV to replace the xml file located at: GTAV / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data. Ofcourse back up your gameconfig.xml thats in there and then press edit mode and copy / paste over the modified gameconfig.xml

I did not have to delete x64a or anything like that. I just did these exact steps and I am able to play GTA V Redux finally!

Thanks man, gonna try that tomorrow (since my game won't finish downloading today). If you get any info about how to use the game's original car handling i'll be grateful.

I can happily confirm that replacing the gameconfig.xml file INDEED fixes crashing. My game loaded after 2 and 1/2 slideshows and I was surprised that it didn't crash! Graphics, handling, everything works!
