verify cache? GTA V doesn't work 32-bit systems i think, if you have windows 7 x32 you need to get the windows 7 x64

So you have windows 8 64bit? No one here can give you the file youll have to goole it regardless. Not sure how you would end up deleting a windows dll file?

do you use a svn?
weedblaze Sep 29, 2016 @ 9:49am
try
you need to (re)install the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, either via Windows Update or download and directly install the Visual C++ Redistributable:

Install all pending Windows Updates
Go to Start – Control Panel – Windows Update
Check for updates and install all pending updates, then restart the computer.
After the restart repeat the steps above again until no more updates are available.
Download the Visual C++ Redistributable 2015
For Windows 64-bit
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (64-bit)
For Windows 32-bit
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (32-bit)
Run the vcredist_x64.exe (64-bit) or vcredist_x86.exe (32-bit) and select Uninstall if already installed
Run the .exe again and select Install and restart the computer

like i said when i do that game gives me 0xc00007b error. wich i tried all the online solutions. i reinstalled dx vcredit .frame 3 times for now.

look i think only way is someone who uses x64 and someone has the file in their system32 folder, sending the damn file to me via what the ♥♥♥♥ way they want.
