rashkovsky dies after jumping out of the plane

title says it all. i cant finish the mission because rashkovsky dies everytime the cutscene ends where we jump out of the plane.

That bug happens always if you are flying too low when you enter the cutscene. The checkpoint is a yellow circle really high in the sky. Look for it and raise your altitude to the same level before you fly into the cutscene area.

I have been attempting the same heist for over an hour and this keeps happening where he just dies because after jumping one of the people I was attempting this with saw Rashkovsky nosedive the plane into the water immediately after the cutscene. I have tried to get much higher above the yellow circle but nothing changes, he for some reason just dives the plane into the water.
