Total deaths in story mode

How do you guys feel about your death stat in games? Are you a perfectionist and make sure you never have any deaths?

I was talking about in Story mode, this has nothing to do with ratios.

I would never look at my death rate in Storymode, because there are times I did silly things just for the heck of it that got me killed. Also things like ladders glitching (sometimes even when you inch toward the ladder you start climbing down, but fall right off.)

Ive completed GTA:VC and GTA:SA without deaths lol.

Isn't reloading a save from before you did those silly things and died, better? It's like it "never" happened.

Why? It's not like death means anything unless you're in a mission.
